Shipping is free on most purchase/ sale orders throughout contiguous US. Some additional shipping charges may apply for certain Oversized, Special care, Heavy Items, Difficult to ship geographical locations; some additional shipping charges may apply.

For Rental items, shipping charges will apply.

We understand the importance of your event, so we make sure shipment arrives 2 days before scheduled event. You will also receive an email with details of shipment. The package also contains return shipping label. Renter is responsible to return items within 2 days after event.

Absolutely. Every individual and their ideas are unique: so we try our best to accommodate. Just send us an email at contact@tyohar.shop for scheduling a video or phone call to go over the details.

Nope, nada! You will know exactly how much you will be paying before renting or buying item(s). Unless, items is damaged after use beyond normal wear and tear.

Unable to return your package within 2 days? Just give us a call, and we are happy to make other arrangements.

We simply ask you to treat the rental items like you would if they were borrowed from a friend. With that in mind, normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, you are responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or other means, or altered in any way. Your responsibility for the rental items begins when they are delivered to you.

All purchases at tyohar.shop are final. We pride ourselves in quality check, as every product is thoroughly tested before delivery. However, if delivered product is damaged through shipping or by any reason, please send an email to contact@tyohar.shop with product photos (within 2 days of delivery) and we will try to accomoadate and send same item again.
